UPSC Advt No 02/2019 for Various Vacancies: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued notification for Various Vacancies.
Name of the Posts: 
Assistant Director (Management)
Professor Of Hospital Administration – cum - Medical Superintendent
Selection Process:
The category-wise minimum level of suitability in interviews, irrespective of whether the selection is made only by interview or by Recruitment Test followed by an interview, will be UR-50 marks, OBC-45 marks, SC/ST/PH-40 marks, out of the total marks of an interview being 100.
In cases where the selection is made by Recruitment Test (RT) followed by the interview, the candidate will have to achieve a minimum level of suitability in their respective category at both stages i.e. ‘Recruitment Test’ as well as ‘Interview’. The minimum level of suitability in the case of RT shall be decided by the Commission on the case to case basis. 





Application Fee:
Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card. No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates of any community. No "fee exemption" is available to OBC male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee. Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection would be entertained. (d) Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance nor can the fee be held in reserve for any other examination or selection. 
How to Apply:
Candidates must apply online through the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected. Candidates must upload documents pertaining to educational qualifications and experience (preferably in the prescribed format), if any, as claimed in the online application, in a single pdf file in such a way that the file size does not exceed 2 MB and is legible when a printout is taken. For that, the applicant may scan the experience certificate in 200 dpi grey scale. Documents like Pay Slip, Resume, Appointment Letter, Relieving Letter, Unsigned Experience Certificate etc. must not be uploaded in the Document Upload Module.

Last Date for Printing of Completely Submitted Online Application: 15-02-2019 up to 23:59 hrs

Combined Defense Services Examination (II) Exam Name: Combined Defense Services Examination (II) Educational Qualification:   For I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy— Degree of a recognised University or equivalent. For Indian Naval Academy—Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. For Air Force Academy—Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering. Graduates with first choice as Army/Navy/Air Force are to submit proof of graduation provisional certificates on the date of commencement of the SSB Interview at the SSB. Age Limit: (i) For IMA—Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July, 1995 and not later than 1st July, 2000 only are eligible. (ii) For Indian Naval Academy—Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July, 1995 and not later than 1st July, 2000 only are eligible. (iii) For Air Force Academy— 20 to 24 years as on 1st July, 2019 i.e. born not earlier than 2nd July, 1995 and not later than 1st July, 1999 (Upper age limit for candidates holding valid and current Commercial Pilot Licence issued by DGCA (India) is relax-able up to 26 yrs. i.e. born not earlier than 2nd July, 1993 and not later than 1st July, 1999) only are eligible. Fee: Candidates (excepting Female/SC/ST candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/State Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/State Bank of Patiala/State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/Master Credit/Debit

UPSC Recruitment 2018: The Union Public Service Commission or UPSC has issued a notification on recruitment for 65 posts of assistant professors (specialists and others). The candidates looking to apply for these posts may do so on or before June 15 at commissions official website – https://www.upsconline.nic.in. The commission has also announced an important update for all Central Armed Police Forces (Asstt. Commandants) 2018 candidates. In a letter signed by the under secretary, the Commission has listed names of aspirants whose applications have been rejected due to the non-payment of Exam fee.

It has stated that application fee confirmation of some candidates ‘has NOT been received from the Bank Authorities.’ Candidates applying for above said posts were supposed to submit a Fee of Rs. 200/- in respect to the CAPF (ACs) Examination, 2018.

Qualification:

Director: Those looking to apply for this post, must have bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry as suggested in the First or Second Schedule of the Indian Veterinary Council Act.

Senior Design Officer: Candidates applying for this post must have a degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering from any university recognised by the government or equivalent.

Assistant Professor: The person must have MBBS degree as has been suggested in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) in the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956).

Assistant Professor (UNANI): Candidates looking to apply for this post must have a degree in Unani Medicine from a University established by Law or a Statutory Board/Faculty/ Examining Body of Indian Medicine or equivalent as recognised under Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970. Candidates must also have a Post Graduate Degree in the subject/specialty concerned that is included in the Schedule to the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970.

Lecturer: Those looking to apply for this post must have bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in the Engineering/Information Technology and Computer Science with first class or equivalent from any recognised University/Institute. In case a candidate has a Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology, First class or equivalent is needed at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
